Manor on Parade is a boutique bed and breakfast in a historic villa built in 1906. Situated in the heart of Napier, Manor on Parade is a survivor of the famous 1931 earthquake.
Our bed and breakfast is a seafront property located on Marine Parade, right in the centre of Napier - the Art Deco capital of New Zealand. With incredible views of Hawke's Bay and the Pacific Ocean from Mahia to Cape Kidnappers, Manor on Parade has plenty to offer. There is a beautiful ocean walkway opposite us which is perfect for strolling along Napier Beach and it is only a short walk to the city centre.
All our rooms are well-appointed with luxury ensuite bathrooms and a fabulous breakfast is served daily in our dining room overlooking the sea.
Our Napier accommodation is close to many restaurants and cafes and is an easy drive to most Hawke's Bay wineries. Cape Kidnappers is a nearby wildlife haven, offering gannet colonies and great golf courses and Hastings has a weekly Sunday Farmers Market that is well worth visiting.
Manor on Parade has been recommended by the Lonely Planet Guide 2008 and also has commendable reviews on Trip Advisor.
